Insurance & Payment Options
Private Pay – Available to all clients.
Partnership HealthPlan of California (Medi-Cal) – We accept Medi-Cal through Partnership HealthPlan of California. Members may arrange transportation by calling (866) 828-2303 at least one week in advance.
Kaiser Permanente of Northern California – We accept all Kaiser Northern California plans, including Medi-Cal, Medicare, commercial, and self-funded plans. Important: Prior Kaiser authorization is required before any sessions will be covered. Follow our step-by-step guide to get authorized before scheduling.
Sutter Health Plus – We accept Sutter Health Plus members. Behavioral health benefits are managed through Carelon Behavioral Health.
Not sure if your plan is covered? Call Carelon Member Services at (800) 228-1286 and ask them to verify that Kendall Individual Family and Marriage Therapists Inc. is in-network for your specific plan.

We are centrally located in downtown Santa Rosa, California, and serve clients across multiple locations in Sonoma County. We also offer secure virtual telehealth sessions to clients anywhere in California.
