My goal as your therapist is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and encouraged to take meaningful steps toward the life you want to live. I believe that positive change is possible and that none of us are meant to walk through life alone.
In our work together, we’ll spend time clarifying the kind of person you want to be and the life you want to build, so our sessions are always directed toward what matters most to you. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) but also draw from DBT, CBT, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and EMDR when helpful. My approach is present-focused, collaborative, and values-based, helping you take practical steps forward as soon as possible. Clients often describe me as calm, compassionate, and encouraging.
I work with adults, teens, and couples around challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, loneliness, life transitions, addictions, and relationship difficulties. I love the role I get to play in walking alongside people toward health, healing, and a more meaningful life. For clients who wish, I am happy to integrate faith and scriptural wisdom alongside evidence-based therapeutic approaches. For others, I focus solely on research-backed methods. Either way, we will work toward having a healthier relationship with your thoughts, your emotions, yourself, and others.

My journey began in youth ministry when I was a sophomore in high school. The impact my youth pastor and church community had on me led to a deep sense of calling to invest in the lives of others. I went on to study Youth Ministries in college while serving students in various contexts, and after graduating, I worked as a youth pastor for junior high and high school students.
During those years, I often found myself walking with students and families who were experiencing symptoms of mental illness or relational struggles. While I wanted to help, I felt unequipped to provide the level of care they needed. This realization, combined with the benefits I experienced through my own therapy, inspired me to pursue becoming a therapist. Today, I see how God continues to use my previous ministry experiences and education to pair with therapeutic skills and concepts to benefit my clients.

I was born and raised in Sonoma county. My wife and I met here and love continuing to explore this beautiful area. When I am not working, I enjoy riding bikes, running, reading, trying new restaurants or recipes, and spending quality time with family and friends.
