Licensed, Qualified Clinical Supervisor
Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Fourth Street Christian Therapists. In this role, in addition to carrying a client caseload, you will provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists, ensuring they receive the guidance and support needed to develop their clinical skills and provide ethical and effective therapy.
Qualifications:
Licensed: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD. Psychologist, LEP
Minimum of 2 years as a licensed therapist and 15 hrs. CEUs in clinical supervision.
Desired but not required: Experience providing clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists.
Ability to demonstrate a personal, active, Biblically based Christian faith.
Comfortable discussing various issues of faith at whatever level a client or supervisee may want.
Ability to work with clients and supervisees who have a variety of personal values.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples and family therapy to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
Collaborate with other professionals involved in the client's care.
Maintain clinical records and documentation.
Participate in weekly staff meetings/supervision sessions.
Provide individual and group supervision to pre-licensed therapists.
Review case conceptualizations and treatment plans.
Observe video recordings of therapy sessions and provide feedback.
Monitor supervisees' progress notes.
Engage with supervisees in monitoring their progress and development as a clinician and provide support to reach goals.
Ensure supervisees adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
Participate in weekly staff meetings.
