Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Fourth Street Christian Therapists. In this role, in addition to carrying a client caseload, you will provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists, ensuring they receive the guidance and support needed to develop their clinical skills and provide ethical and effective therapy.

Qualifications:

• Licensed: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD. Psychologist, LEP

• Minimum of 2 years as a licensed therapist and 15 hrs. CEUs in clinical supervision.

• Desired but not required: Experience providing clinical supervision to pre-licensed therapists.

• Ability to demonstrate a personal, active, Biblically based Christian faith.

• Comfortable discussing various issues of faith at whatever level a client or supervisee may want.

• Ability to work with clients and supervisees who have a variety of personal values.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples and family therapy to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Collaborate with other professionals involved in the client's care.

• Maintain clinical records and documentation.

• Participate in weekly staff meetings/supervision sessions.

• Provide individual and group supervision to pre-licensed therapists.

• Review case conceptualizations and treatment plans.

• Observe video recordings of therapy sessions and provide feedback.

• Monitor supervisees' progress notes.

• Engage with supervisees in monitoring their progress and development as a clinician and provide support to reach goals.

• Ensure supervisees adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.

• Participate in weekly staff meetings.
