Steps to set up Kaiser Beacon Health Options Authorization for Care from Non-Kaiser Provider

We are sorry that we are unable to accept new clients with Kaiser insurance at this time.  If you are a current or former client with Kaiser insurance, we will still be able to provide you with services if you contact your provider directly rather than going through the new client intake process.

For existing clients: 

Once you receive your approval, bring to your next appointment:

  • Your Kaiser member number.

  • Your BILLING AUTHORIZATION NUMBER notification.
