As a Christian-based therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families experience healing, growth, and restoration through a faith-integrated, trauma-informed approach. I believe that emotional and spiritual well-being go hand in hand—and that lasting transformation is possible when we invite God into the healing process. I am deeply committed to cultural humility and have extensive experience working with diverse populations, including people of color and those from underserved and marginalized communities. I strive to create an inclusive, respectful environment where every client feels seen, valued, and understood—regardless of background or life experience.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Problem-Solving Therapy. These tools are integrated with Biblical principles and prayer when appropriate, allowing for a holistic process that addresses both the mind and the spirit.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, family or relational struggles, or spiritual concerns, my goal is to support you with compassion, clinical excellence, and Christ-centered hope. Healing is possible, and you are never alone—God is with you every step of the way.

Prior to joining Fourth Street, I served in a wide range of roles within the helping community across Sonoma County. My experience includes working with homeless families and children, formerly incarcerated individuals, and families in need of housing and community resources. I have also fulfilled social work responsibilities in residential treatment settings and provided school-based therapy services—both individual and group—to students navigating a variety of challenges.
These diverse experiences have deepened my understanding of the unique barriers different populations face and have shaped within me an empathetic, service-oriented heart. They have reinforced my commitment to walking alongside those who are often the most vulnerable, offering support that is both compassionate and clinically informed.

Over the past few years, the Lord has been using me within my church community to pour into others, lead small groups, and steward a team of over 200 people. I also serve as one of the leaders of Young Professionals, a ministry focused on discipleship and fellowship for adults in their 20s and 30s. In this role, I help create space for spiritual growth, authentic relationships, and intentional conversations that draw people closer to Christ and community.
Through these experiences, the Lord has taught me what it truly means to love and serve others with humility and grace. I’ve learned how to equip both myself and others with the spiritual tools needed for growth, and how to walk in obedience as the leader He has called me to be. These lessons continue to shape every area of my life, including my approach to therapy, leadership, and ministry.
