There is something sacred about being truly seen—especially in moments of pain, transition, or doubt. In therapy, my hope is that you’ll come to experience what I believe at my core: that you are not alone, that change is possible, and that there is real strength in showing up just as you are. Even in life’s deepest valleys, there is hope—and I would be honored to walk with you on your healing journey.

I specialize in supporting children ages 5–11, adolescents, and parents through challenges such as anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, life transitions, and relational conflict. I use evidence-based, developmentally sensitive interventions—drawing from CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, and person-centered approaches—in a collaborative and grounded way. I also incorporate mindfulness, somatic work, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to address trauma symptoms that often keep us stuck in survival mode.

  • Prior to joining Fourth Street, I spent two years working in Napa County with individuals experiencing severe mental illness and homelessness. I also supported children, teens, and young adults navigating trauma, life transitions, anger, and family changes such as divorce. While I’m especially passionate about working with young people, I bring experience and compassion to working with individuals across diverse ages and backgrounds.

  • Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in youth ministry, building relationships with and discipling adolescents from all walks of life. I also coached football and track at the high school level. These experiences deeply shaped my therapeutic style. I believe the best ministry happens through authentic relationships—and that no one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.

I currently serve on the music team at my church in Petaluma and focus much of my ministry these days on sharing the gospel with my two toddlers, who challenge and delight me every single day.
