The uncertainty of life sometimes leaves us feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, and stressed as we face challenges in life. The good news is, you don’t have to face these challenges alone. My goal is to walk alongside my clients creating a safe space for them to share their past and present experiences. It is my desire to foster a therapeutic relationship and environment that is built on trust and compassion. Let’s start this journey of healing together.

I am passionate about working with a diverse group of people from all backgrounds and ages. It is my desire to work with families, couples, children, and adolescents. Some of my areas of interest include trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse recovery, cultural issues, marital issues, and eating disorders.

I also have experience with community organizations that serve individuals struggling with addiction, crisis pregnancy, and, homelessness.

  • I have worked and volunteered in church for many years as a Bible class teacher, small group leader, and speaker. Most of my church involvement has been focused on working with the Junior and Senior youth group and young children. It is through my church service that I discovered a passion for walking alongside women, children, and adolescents who are hurting and struggling in life.
